Getting error in creating configuration for Clear case to TFS 2010 migration

Hi,

I am trying to migrate Latest source code with history from Clear case to TFS 2010, but getting error while creating new configuration in TFs Integration tool. Please find the attachment for Screen shot.

Below are the softwares which are installed in my PC

Clear Case client
Version: 7.0.1.D061004
Build id: BALTIC_MR1.D070516

VS2010 Ultimate
Version 10.0.40219.1 SP1 REL

SQL Server 2008 Express

TFS Instegration Tool
