Mercury TestDirector to TFS

There are some shops that would like to migrate their TestDirector bugs or have a 2-way synchronization.

TFS QC migration/ sync is must. We are MS shop but have QC for test org, need such tool badly.

Two way intergration with QC TestDirector would be our first choice. TD remains a best of breed testing tool when you want to tie requirements, tests, and defects.
